Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Celyris account and its associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by requesting deletion here on the web — you do not need the app installed to make a request.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open the Celyris app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify the request and process the deletion within the time required by applicable law.

3. What gets deleted, and when

Deleted accounts are held for a short grace period, currently 7 days, during which you can cancel the deletion by simply signing back in. After that period, the following are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

Your profile — name, email address, and sign-in credentials
Your lesson and practice history and progress
Subscription records tied to your account
Active sessions, which are ended immediately

4. What we may retain

We may retain limited information beyond deletion where required or permitted for legal, tax, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or where it remains temporarily in backups until those backups are cycled out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Your subscription

Celyris Premium is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription, so please also cancel it from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
